This is Huge
Yesterday at about 3:30PM Bandages posted something huge. He had looked up haunteddredges.com on domaintools and found the contact information for the person who registered the site. He then did the same thing for skeletoncreekproject.com and found something almost unbelievable: they were registered to the same person. It was some guy named Daniel in Walla Walla Washington which just happens to be the home town of Patrick Carman, the author of Skeleton Creek.
Immediately after reading the comments I emailed him with a slew of questions, not the least of which was “Do you work for Patrick Carman?” His response was almost immediate and more than a little annoyed. He said that he didn’t make the sites and didn’t work for Patrick Carman or even know who that was. He had traded his hosting for a WOW account with somebody he met online, somebody he didn’t know in real life and who he said was strangely interested in his hosting because he lived in Walla Walla. After receiving my email he concluded that the guy hadn’t changed the registration information from Daniel’s information and he was pretty unhappy about it.
He ended the email by telling me not to post anything about it until he had gotten the guy to change the registration information, so out of respect for him I hid Bandages’s posts until it was done. I just checked and the new information is up:
http://whois.domaintools.com/haunteddredges.com
http://whois.domaintools.com/skeletoncreekproject.com
Now here’s the best part: look at the contact information, put the address in google maps, go to the satellite view and take a look at where it is.
Just wait for this:

Read the first paragraph.
Is Patrick mixed up with this Daniel guy?

Bandages – Is there a phone number on the domain registration for either contact?
Basically, whoever changed that information lives right close to the dredge, but the question is why was someone so interested in Daniel from Walla Walla? Carman and the dredge…so weird.
I haven’t emailed them yet and I am a programmer but am against brute force unless I really have to….
Oh, and thanks for the shout. Whois is usually the first thing I do and the coincidences are TOO similar….

Hell yeah guys we are getting there… do we have any ideas on the PW for skeletoncreekproject.com yet???? That will definitely bring us a huge step closer. I’ll try and collect as much as I can from what I know which isn’t much lol, but i’ll try and if anyone finds anything out tell me. email phantomjeff77@yahoo.com. i check the site daily too so comments work also. thanks!

did anyone put in sarah fincher dot com?
right next to the dredge!!! i think that’s actually the closest address you can have to it becasue the road that goes down to the dredge isn’t a public road
