I think that skeleton creek is real. I wasn’t a believer, but then the author posted a youtube video that made me go, hmmmm, something isn’t right. And then there’s this.

ITS JUST A SCENE THE WRITER CAME UP WITH AND JUST AN IDEA HE CAME UP WITH 2 MAKE IT SEEM CLEARER 2 PEOPLE, U JUST HAVE 2 FOLLOW ALONG AND WATCH THE VIDEOS AS U READ THE BOOK, NOT ALL AT ONCE, SEPERATLY-INDIVIDUALLY, THEN THEY MAKE SENSE.
okay first of all all of your questions would be answered if you read the book.. first off this is the main character ( the girl ) and she records everything. the person in front of her going up the stairs is anther main character ( a boy ) he writes everything down they are inside a gold dredge investigating why the town changed its name to “skeleton creek” that figure you saw was a ghost his name is old joe bush he died inside of the dredge because he was supposedly stealing gold, not paying attension and got caught in a gear which then crushed him up in spit him out in that water you heard in the background he sankcause the gold he tried to steal wieghed him down and with crushed bones he couldnt move he then drowned to death” or so they said… she was freaked out and dropped the camera on the ground and ran because he fell through a wooden side railing… that static of her by a computer was her sending a video mail to the boy because he broke his leg when he fell and they are not able to see eachother any longer
